Shipping Policy

Delivery is charged by the total weight of your parcel, using the table below. The weight is your items plus about 50 g of packaging. Until 25th October, delivery is free on orders above Rs 10,000 (the value of your items, after any coupon), and it's applied automatically at checkout. The exact charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. Orders over 40 kg are quoted separately, so please contact us for those.

All deliveries take 5–7 business days to anywhere in Sri Lanka. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary with courier demand, weather, and public holidays.

You'll see an estimated delivery window on your order confirmation and in your account's order history, and we'll email you when your order ships.

Cashews are roasted and packed to order. Most orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation (or order placement for Cash on Delivery) before being handed to our courier.

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to Rs 10,000 (including delivery). No advance payment is needed: you pay the full amount in cash when your order arrives. For delivery orders above Rs 10,000, only bank transfer is offered.

Cash on Pickup has no limit: you can pay in cash for an order of any size when you collect it.
