Where to Buy Cashews Online in Sri Lanka: Colombo, Galle, Kalutara and Beyond

If you search for cashews near you, whether you live in Colombo, Galle, Beruwala, Matara or a smaller town, you will find that good roasted cashews are not always on the shelf nearby. Supermarket packs are often old stock, and a bag that has sat for months loses its crunch and its taste. Ordering online lets you buy cashews that are roasted after you order.

Kajuwa is an online cashew shop based in Kalutara. We do not have a shop in Colombo, Galle or Beruwala, but we deliver to all of them and to every other part of Sri Lanka.

We deliver across Sri Lanka, at the same fee wherever you live. Customers along the coast often order from us, including Beruwala, Aluthgama, Bentota, Kalutara, Panadura, Wadduwa, Galle, Hikkaduwa and Matara, as well as Colombo and its suburbs such as Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia and Nugegoda. Delivery takes five to seven business days anywhere in Sri Lanka. These are estimates, and times can vary with courier demand, weather and public holidays, so if you need cashews for a particular date, order early.

Delivery is charged by the weight of the parcel, which is your cashews plus about 50 grams of packaging. The cheapest band, for a parcel up to 250g, costs Rs 200, and a 1kg pack of cashews costs Rs 400 to deliver. Heavier orders cost more, and the fee is shown in your cart before you pay. If you live near Kalutara, or you are passing through, you can collect your order free from our pickup point at No 28 Goods Shed Road, Kalutara. Orders are ready after two business days. It is an order pickup point and not a walk-in shop, so please order online first.

We sell 100% Sri Lankan whole cashew nuts from Puttalam, roasted and packed to order. The range includes plain Cooking Cashew for the kitchen, Oven Roasted Cashew with no added oil, Classic Roasted Salt & Pepper, Garlic Cashew, Deviled Cashew and Burnt Cashew Nut. We also sell Cashew Powder for cooking, and gift boxes with a note card.

You can pay by bank transfer and upload your receipt at checkout. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to Rs 10,000 including delivery, with no advance payment. Cash on pickup has no limit. If you have a question about paying, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.

Buying online is easy, but a few checks save disappointment. Look at what exactly you are buying: whole kernels or pieces, raw or roasted, plain or seasoned. Look for a clear price per pack and what delivery costs. Check how fresh the cashews will be and how they are packed, and whether you can reach the seller if something goes wrong.

You can order for someone in another town and enter their address at checkout. This works well for gifts, and we write your message on a note card with any gift box or hamper. Do you have a shop in Colombo or Galle? No. Kajuwa is an online shop based in Kalutara, with a pickup point for orders. We deliver to Colombo, Galle and the rest of Sri Lanka.

How fresh are the cashews? We roast to order in small batches, so your cashews are roasted after you order, and the pack is sealed before it is sent. That is very different from stock that has sat on a shelf.

Can I get the same delivery fee wherever I live? Yes. The fee depends on the weight of your parcel, not on the town, and the cart shows it before you pay.

Can I collect instead? Yes. Pickup is free from our Kalutara pickup point and is ready after two business days. It is not a walk-in shop, so please order online first.

What if I want to buy for a wedding, an office or a hotel? Send a request on our bulk orders page. There is no minimum quantity, and we quote each request individually, usually within one to two business days.
